Computer Reports Archival System can automatically capture and archive computer generated reports into mass storage system, with functions to search, retrieve and print or fax archived reports. COLD (Computer Output to Laser Disk) technology can be applied to all formatted text reports that are generated by computer applications. The COLD Server will pick up reports, generate indexes, then store them into archival. Archived reports list will be updated at the database and ready for retrieval by end users.
