- Perform on-site remedial action for computer products (UNIX workstation & peripheral) to customers
- Provide professional IT services (system integration, installation, field support service) and handle critical projects & customers
- Degree holders in Computer / Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years service experience in Computer and IT industrial fields is required
- Solid support experience in UNIX (Solaris / AIX / HP-UX) platform is preferred
- Candidates with less experience or qualification will be considered as Assistant Customer Engineer / Technician
