Responsibilities:
- Conduct system monitoring, job execution and monitoring, system/security patch installation of Microsoft Windows servers, UNIX server and Tandem
- Co-ordinate backup tape cycling and offsite, backup execution and monitoring
- Perform system/network outage escalation
- Provide 24 x 7 shift duty support
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma holders or above
- Minimum 3- 4 years related experience in operation support
- Experience on Microsoft Windows Server, Unix Server or Local Area Network is required
- Knowledge in Tandem is preferred
- Excellent customer handling skill and telephone manner are essential
- Good command of both written & spoken English & Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage
