- Deliver presales and postsales support service for network, security and wireless infrastructure
- Diploma holder or above in IT related discipline
- Minimum 4 years experience in systems and network support is required
- Experience in system / network integrator and proven track of project coordination experience is an advantage
- Hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting networking vendors products is preferred
- Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary
- Good command of both English and Cantonese
- Candidate with more experience and qualification will be considered as Senior System Network Engineer
