Responsibilities:
- Implement the procurement & order management functions to achieve on-time delivery
- Implement buying activities & work closely with vendors to ensure compliance with job specifications
Requirements:
- Diploma holders or above in Purchasing & Supply, Logistics, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years related experience in procurement, order management or customer services
- High proficiency in MS Office applications is preferred
- Excellent customer handling skills and telephone manner are required
- Knowledge in computer hardware, software and network products is an added advantage
- Able to work under pressure & tight deadlines
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Procurement & Order Management Officer
