- Carry out on-site technical support for computer systems and related IT service
- Provide hardware maintenance service, project rollout and customer support
- University graduates in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- MCP / MCSE holders are preferred
- 1 year working experience in field services for computer products will be advantage
- Able to operate and support common application software
- Candidates with less qualification and experience will be considered as Technician
